Cannabis Regulation

This summer, the recreational sale and consumption of cannabis will be legalized. Council needs to figure out how this will be regulated in Grande Prairie. Administration has brought forward a series of recommendations. Below is my summary of our process to discuss regulation, the recommendations being made, and my take on them.

Talking to Council

I’ve seen a lot of conversation about our last Council meeting which approved an urban hen pilot program.... However, there is one concern I've heard a lot of flap about that I just can't get behind. It is along the line of “there are far more important issues- stop spending time on chickens.”
